Personal Coaching
Personal coaching or Life coaching can support you in a range of different areas of your life.
From building better self confidence, to achieving goals, instigating behavioural changes or shifting your perspectives, working with a Personal or Life coach can support you whilst you make the changes you want to see in your life.
Coaching focuses on your strengths, your knowledge and the assumption that you already know the answers and the path you want to follow.
As a coach we won’t tell you what to do… we’ll support you to find your own answers and the steps required to achieve the outcomes you desire.
Coaching can focus on both your personal and professional development.
You may want to work on improving your personal communication, change your career, work through person challenges and stresses, develop a new business or navigate those tricky interpersonal conversations like succession on the farm or in the business.
Personal coaching sessions are one-on-one sessions where we meet and talk about what you want to do and change in your life.
We can meet remotely or face-to-face where possible.
We know that finding the right Personal coach is important so we offer a free, 20 minute, ‘Get to know each other’ initial chat so you can decide if we are right for you.

Duration
-
Remotely or face-to-face (where possible) – 1 to 1.5 hours

Number of participants
-
One-on-one (or more people by arrangement)

It is important to note that coaching is not the same as counselling, mental health support or clinical care.

Self-care… without the bubble bath!
This session looks at what ‘self-care’ in the workplace actually looks and feels like – without the rainbows and bubble baths.
It explores the importance of maintaining balance in work and life and how to prioritise in order to achieve what we want to achieve.
We look at how to practice practical self-care whilst being a productive member of a team.
Duration
-
For individuals or groups – 2 hours
Content
We will explore the notion that ‘self care’ is not about being ‘selfish’ by looking at the following topics:
-
When and how to say ‘no’ without potentially disappointing others
-
How to ask for help
-
Over-giving – removing the superhero cloak
-
Lists and check boxes
-
Multi-tasking – can it really exist?
-
Prioritising and staying on track
-
Protecting your sensitivity
-
The importance of physical health
-
Social networks – friends and colleagues - where are the boundaries?
-
When looking after yourself does mean staying back at work an extra 15 minutes
This is an interactive session where participants are encouraged to air their thoughts and views and explore what self-care in both personal life and the workplace looks and feels like in a practical sense.
