Workplace Communication Skills
From understanding non-verbal communication cues, to active listening, to empathy and assertiveness, this is a practical workshop where participants don’t just talk about it… they do it.
We will look at the importance of good communication both professionally and personally, positive communication techniques and their impact, and the role of good communication in conflict resolution.

We live in a rich society that is a complex mix of cultures and backgrounds.
You will gain confidence and self-awareness so you can interact with people from a range of cultures and backgrounds in the workplace.
This workshop is tailored to the specific group or workplace, and is developed in consultation with the business or group when booked.
