From understanding non-verbal communication cues, to active listening, to empathy and assertiveness, this is a practical workshop where participants don’t just talk about it… they do it.
We will look at the importance of good communication both professionally and personally, positive communication techniques and their impact, and the role of good communication in conflict resolution.
