Our History
Ann Burbrook started working with science communicators, agricultural leaders and schools in 2011 and created Concise Communication and The STRONG project in 2012.
Over the intervening years she has trained a vast array of people focusing on the development of clear, confident communication, enhanced media skills and positive interactions.

In 2024 we became Burbrook Insight Solutions in order to provide us with the capacity to broaden our delivery and create additional workshops and sessions.

About Ann
Ann Burbrook
Director and lead facilitator
Ann Burbrook has over thirty years of professional training experience.
She works with individuals, organisations and groups in order to support them to develop their communication skills, their confidence and their creative and strategic thinking abilities. This enables people to frame and deliver their messages with clarity, honesty, integrity and passion.

With a professional history in both the performing arts and education, Ann assists others to expand their communication and interpersonal skills in order to become confident public speakers, trusted media voices, respected team members and leaders, and all round excellent communicators. She supports people to find their own stories and answers to the challenges they are facing.
Ann works with presenters, scientists, farmers, corporate and community workers, professionals and graduates, politicians, young people and children – anyone who has something to say and who wants to say it concisely, with integrity and with passion.
She assists participants to develop the confidence to speak with energy, stay on message, deal with difficult questions, treat audiences and teams with respect, and above all, have the courage to say what they want to say in order to change the thoughts, feelings and actions of others.
